Senior RPO Recruiter
Senior RPO Recruiter executes effective recruiting strategies in order to attract, source, screen, recruit and select high quality candidates. Ensures accurate and effective execution of all phases of the staffing process. Ensures the satisfaction of hiring managers, candidates, new hires and other stakeholders by providing responsive, high quality, professional service and support in the staffing and recruiting functions. This position will work at our clients site in Edwardsport, IN with the option of being remote on some days.
Standard Recruiting Activities:
Providing consultation to hiring managers and other stakeholders in alignment with applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations as well as departmental processes
Conducting intake sessions with hiring managers for the creation of job requisitions
Creating and completing requisitions in Taleo in alignment with internal processes
Sourcing candidates for jobs through internal and external sites, social media, job boards, etc.
Prescreening applicants
Presenting qualified applicants to hiring managers
Coordinating with compensation and HR business partners to develop job offers
Extending offers to candidates and negotiating, as needed
Working effectively with assigned Recruiting Coordinator to ensure that all steps within the hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately and timely
Basic Qualifications:
7 years of full life cycle recruiting
3 years of full life cycle recruiting in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)
3 years of experience recruiting professional roles: sales, marketing, etc.
Must be a subject matter expert with Taleo ATS
Qualifications:
3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in the medical devices, pharmaceutical or technology industry with demonstrated success
Demonstrated excellent attention to detail
Thorough understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
Demonstrated effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize multiple assignments and display strong organizational skills
Demonstrated effective planning and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
